Cast of Characters

Tractor Plowman(tractor): friend of Chuckleberry, based on the character "Tom Sawyer", (yes, we know )

Chuckeberry Fishh(chuckle): friend of Tractor Plowman, based on the character( can you guess?) "huckleberry finn"

Wisteria Sinesis (Wussie) : a very tall but shy girl, needs to be aggresively pruned (or, in plain English, she needs a good haircut)

Plumbago Auriculata( Plum): the girl of Tractor Plowman's dreams. needs sunshine and warmth. Feed once a week until august (just kidding)

Aunt Wally: Tractor's aunt,( we're not sure, but we think she's a transvestite).

Tim the Digger: hobo that lives in the "Diggin' house"(based on the character Jim)

The Window Douglas: old window who wants to "sivilise" Chuckle. (based on The Widow Douglas)

Chuckle's Father- Gaffaw: Drunken man, what more do we need to say?

Setting: Cannibal, Missouri.

Part one: Tractor plays, hides, and runs.

"Tractor! git yer grit eattin butt ova here!"said "aunt" wally.
"i swear i dun know where that yella belly is half de time, and he's aways gettin inta scuffles"

(meanwhile, tractor runs)

"hey Chuckle di ya jus chuckle?"
"no ya misguided city sliker i didnt!"
"golly don't get your trousers tied in a knot!"
"well ive been awful jumpy lately since Papa Guffaw came back"
"the window will take care of yas"

(to the Window!)
(the Window's rocking on an old rocking chair knitting)

"aw gosh darnit i don know where that awful human's gone ta , even old Windows gotta rest them panes. eh?"

Part 2: Wussie and Plum

"golly wussie, you REALLY need some prunin'."said Plum.
"I wouln't be talkin' Plum, 'the slugs must go'"
"I ain't got no slugs!"
"Then, what in the world is that?"
"dangnabbit! 'scuse be for a sec, gotta get sum o'them cityslicker's salt, sweat won't work this time. an' you go get urself a good pruning!"
" I'll cut nothing back! things will grow on my head in total freedom!"
